Worked as a Manager in the Research and Development Department of a leading Indian pharmaceutical company. Was associated with the two leading Patent Law firms in New Delhi including Remfry and Sagar, Attorneys at Law, as a Senior Patent Attorney and Consultant dealing with Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Mechanical and Electronic Patents and the filing and prosecution of trade mark applications in India. He has rich experience of filing and prosecution of International Patents.

He is one of the senior Patent Attorneys of the country who has a technical background and has over 20 years of experience in handling both domestic and International companies and Research Institutions.

During his leisure time he enjoys listening to Eric Clapton and Neil Diamond and plays Cricket on Sundays. He is an admirer of nature and whenever possible would like be in nature's company. Of course, he does like to surf the Internet. He is happily married and has three kids, one girl and twin boys.

She is one of the founding members of the firm and has been instrumental in creating the basic infrastructure of the firm. She qualified the examination of the Patents Agents in the year 1999 and since than has been active in drafting and prosecution of Patent Application and renewal of granted Patents

At Home: She knows that the way to man's heart is through the stomach. In fact she keeps trying her hand at new recipes in the kitchen and we can say for sure that she is a successful woman not only in the office but back home too. She is happily married and has three kids, one girl and twin boys.

Specialization- Patent and Trademark Filings and prosecution. Drafting of Patent specifications relating to chemistry, microbiology, biotechnology and biology and prosecution thereof including Patent and Trademark litigation.

She is one of the few Attorneys from India belonging to the fair sex. She besides being involved in Patent and Trademark matters is also very active in English vocal music both pop and classical and never misses an opportunity if invited for a song. From our experience we have observed that she has the capability of enthralling a large audience for hours together.

Very Senior Trademark Attorney of the company. Besides being a Bachelor in Commerce and also a Bachelor in Law, he has also cleared intermediate examination of Chartered Accountants institution of India.

Mr. Bajoria manages the Trademark Department of the firm and handles Trademarks prosecution at the Trademark Registry for both India and foreign companies.

He is a regular attendee at INTA and has a rich exposure to handling both Indian and foreign Applicants.

He has adroitly handled several dozen trademark oppositions and prosecuted several thousand trademark applications before the Trademark Registry.

Mr. Bajoria:-- Likes Indian Classical Music and singing, reading English and Hindi Literature. He involves himself in Social activities and he has been the past Secretary and Vice President of Lions club in Gujrat.

He is a life member of ISKON. He is the Pattern member of Aggarwal Samaj.
